VroomOS is car-rental operations software for modern fleets: vehicles, bookings, customers, payments, inspections, pickup/return workflows, documents, public storefronts, and team access— on the web and mobile apps.
What you are paying for. A VroomOS subscription is a software seat for your rental business workspace (organization). It is not a vehicle insurance product, and it is not a fee charged to your end renters for the rental itself. Plan limits are based on active vehicles and team members online at once.

Billing details
- Prices above are shown in USD. Monthly and yearly options are available in the product (yearly list prices are shown under each paid plan).
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from your VroomOS account or by contacting support.
- Vehicle limits apply to active vehicles as enforced in the product.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location and payment processor rules.
- If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, store pricing and local currency display may differ; store refund rules apply to store charges. See our Refund policy.
- Web billing and store billing should not be double-purchased for the same entitlement—check plan status in VroomOS if unsure.
Not included / not our product
- Vehicle insurance, roadside memberships, or government licenses for your rental company
- Payment of your renters’ rental fees, deposits, or fines (those are between you and your customers)
- Guaranteed uptime SLAs unless separately contracted in writing
- Legal advice; contract templates are tools, not counsel
Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or change from account/billing settings when available, or email support@vroomos.net. Downgrades may be limited by your current vehicle count.
What happens if I go over my vehicle limit?
VroomOS enforces plan limits in the application. You may need to upgrade or archive/deactivate vehicles to stay within your plan.
Is there a free trial beyond Free?
No. The Free plan is the way to evaluate VroomOS. Paid subscription charges begin when you confirm the purchase.
Who is pricing for—drivers or rental companies?
These prices are for rental companies / fleet operators using VroomOS software. End drivers do not pay VroomOS for a rental; they deal with the rental company.
